Hi there. My name is Gilton, and my friends call me Check. I’ve been teaching English online for 15 years. I started in 2009 with Korean students and now I’ve been teaching Vietnamese students full time since 2014. I like playing ping pong and playing the guitar in my leisure time.

I see to it that the students learn how to answer questions properly in proper tenses. I train them in pronunciation to make them clearer in speaking. We do drills to reduce the accent and try to achieve neutral accent in speaking.

I’m 46 years old and a father of 2. I’m versatile and a jack of all trades. I play table tennis, host events, play the guitar, sing, do martial arts and teach martial arts as well. I taught a lot of students from all walks of life from all over the world. I helped many IELTS students get their desired results in speaking, listening, writing and reading.
